Bookings & Payments

All prices are in AUD. Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Payments are processed via

Stripe and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy available on our

website.

Tour Changes

Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, safety, or operational requirements. No refunds

apply for safety-based changes.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive on time, follow instructions, and behave respectfully. Unsafe or abusive

behaviour may result in termination without refund.

Risk & Liability

Tours involve travel and outdoor activities. Participation is at your own risk. Liability is limited to the

value of the service booked, as permitted by law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control.

Photography

Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the tour.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
